You must be available for others. But you are too busy evaluating yourself or blaming yourself for what you could have done, or how much better you should be. Because of this, you cannot fully listen and you cannot be dedicated to others' success and growth.
Love yourself.
Loving yourself has nothing to do with being arrogant or having an inflated ego. If that confuses you, you are not there yet. Loving yourself means knowing what you are bad at, but not hating yourself for it. It is very different from thinking you are good at everything.
